• Provided leadership for the division that produces experimental diets for lab animals used in biomedical and pharmaceutical research, achieving 45% average annual sales growth for three consecutive years.  In this position, not only directed all marketing, sales, distribution, and branding issues, but also managed the scientific research and technical consulting professional staff, handled all contract negotiations (domestic and international), and provided strategic planning consultation for all manufacturing operations for the division.
• Conducted pre-clinical biological research projects, alone and in collaboration with corporate and academic researchers; presented findings in scientific posters at national meetings and in talks both in U. • Served for two and a half years as Executive Producer and On-Air Host of Counterpoint, a weekly half-hour public affairs radio program produced by the Eagleton Institute of Politics, Rutgers University.  National and international officials (ambassadors, cabinet members, senators, congressmen, etc.) were interviewed by Tim Cunha alone or as moderator of a panel of undergraduate and graduate students.  Programs were broadcast on 36 stations in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, California, and Hawaii.
